Normal postage charges -
$1-$1.50 per top
$2-$2.50 per dress ( postage charges fluctuates according to weight of parcel )
Registered postage charges - Topup additional $2.20 .
( note that registered parcel will only be despatched once a wk depends on our availability )
Exchange policy:
Exchanges can only be done if item is found to be faulty. We do check through all pieces before mailing them out. Exchanges can be done for similiar item only. This is to ensure that NO ONE ABUSES OUR EXCHANGE POLICY.
In the case when the item is Out of Stock , we will do exchange with another item of similar price or above only. Top up is required if exchange with item of higher pricing. In the case if you do exchanges for item below the price , we will not refund the excess. Instead , a rebate will be given to you for ur future purchases base on the excess amount.
Exchanges will be done via mail. Please mail back the item to us VIA Reg Mail and we will mail the new item back via NORMAL MAIL to you. Postage charges will be beared by agneselle.
Refunding Policy:
Agneselle DO NOT refund in the case of faulty item. Only exchanges will be done.
